A: No, instant win prizes cannot be swapped for an alternative prize.
Q: Can someone else collect my instant prize for me?
A: No, you will be required to collect your own instant prize as your name will need to match with the prize database. Your winners’ email and ID will be required to confirm.

A: All prizes can be collected from the Customer Service Desk on Level 1 during the following times:
Monday - Friday: 9am – 5pm
Thursday: 9am – 8.30pm
Saturday: 9am – 4.30pm
Sunday: 10am – 3.30pm
