Looking for ways to keep the kids entertained these school holidays? There is always something happening at Grand Central so we have listed our top picks to help start your planning.

JURASSIC WORLD
Step back to a prehistoric time these school holidays and explore the Centre to find the four different Dinosaurs pods plus craft station in Centre Court. Children can immerse themselves in the land of dinosaurs and create a different craft each week. Jurassic World is here 5 - 18 April and is open daily from 11am - 2pm. Find out more. 

UNICORN DREAM-CATCHER WORKSHOPS
We adore anything unicorn and we know you do too, so Harper Bee are bringing them alive these school holidays with Unicorn Dream-catcher workshops. All materials are included and you get to take home your very own unique Unicorn Dream-catcher. Recommended for ages 7-14, Harper Bee are hosting two workshops each day where you can choose between the Pink Unicorn Dream-catcher on April 16 and Aqua Unicorn Dream-catcher on April 18. 

SCIENCE EXPERIMENTS WITH AUSTRALIAN GEOGRAPHIC
Feed your young scientist’s curious minds these school holidays with Australian Geographic, who are hosting in store demonstrations each Saturday in April including Volcano Eruption on Saturday 6 & 13 April at 11:30am, and Lie Detector Test on Saturday 20 & 27 April – 11:30am.

VAPIANO PIZZA MAKING WORKSHOP
Vapiano Toowoomba are hosting their Pizza Kids again these school holidays! For only $10, Vapiano's pizza-masters will teach your kids how to knead dough, garnish their creations and send the pizzas to the oven. Classes run daily 9:00am-10:00am from Saturday April 6 to Thursday April 18. Get in early and book your ticket here. As an extra bonus, the parents of the participating kids receive 20% off their total lunch bill when they dine straight after the class! 

QBD READING CORNER – EASTER STORY AND CRAFT
QBD Books are celebrating Easter with a reading of the Easter story "We're Going on an Easter Hunt' on April 18. Get lost in the story about a family of bunnies as they set off on an exciting lift-the-flap Easter egg hunt then stay for some Easter themed craft and colouring in. 

EASTER EGG HUNTS AT BBC GRAND CENTRAL
This Easter long weekend join BCC Cinemas for Easter Egg Hunts before the first session of the day from Friday 19 April - Sunday 21 April. See the full April calendar here.

KIDS MOVIES AT BBC GRAND CENTRAL
These April school holidays see the latest family movies with BCC Grand Central Family Saver sessions. 

Wonder Park - Wonder Park tells the story of a magnificent amusement park where the imagination of a wildly creative girl named June comes alive.

Dumbo - A young elephant, whose oversized ears enable him to fly, helps save a struggling circus. But when the circus plans a new venture, Dumbo and his friends discover dark secrets beneath its shiny veneer.

Guess How Much I Love You - An Enchanting Easter -When Little Nutbrown hare leads an expedition to find a pure white fawn, the friends don't really believe one exists, but when they do find her they are reminded the world is full of wondrous creatures. For two weeks only! Thursday 11 April - Wednesday 24 April.

The Lego Movie 2 - The Second Part reunites the heroes of Bricksburg in an all new action-packed adventure to save their beloved city. It’s been five years since everything was awesome, but now the citizens are facing a huge new threat from outer space.
